All content generated by AfyaPonea — including lab result explanations, symptom assessments, care plans, and appeal letters — is for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. AfyaPonea does not: - Diagnose medical conditions - Prescribe treatments or medications - Provide medical advice - Replace the judgment of a licensed physician Always consult a qualified doctor, specialist, or healthcare professional before making any medical decision. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately. The appeal letters and dispute letters generated by AfyaPonea are starting points for your own communications. They are not legal advice. For complex insurance or billing disputes, consider consulting a patient advocate or attorney.

To access free monthly uses, you need to create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for: - Keeping your password secure - All activity that occurs under your account - Ensuring the information you provide is accurate We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free tier: All users get 1 free use per tool without signing in, and 3 uses per tool per month with a free account. Free tier limits reset on the 1st of each month. Pro subscription: Pro subscribers get unlimited uses of all tools. Pro is billed monthly ($12), annually ($99), or as a one-time lifetime payment ($149). Cancellation: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial months. Lifetime deal: The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. It is non-refundable after 14 days. The lifetime plan includes all current tools and future tools added to AfyaPonea.

You agree not to use AfyaPonea to: - Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information - Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI tools - Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our team - Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent

All content, design, code, and AI outputs on AfyaPonea are owned by AfyaPonea or licensed to us. Appeal letters, dispute letters, care plans, and other outputs generated for you by AfyaPonea are yours to use for your personal health needs. You may not resell or redistribute these outputs commercially.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfyaPonea shall not be liable for: - Any medical outcome resulting from use of our tools - Any insurance or billing dispute outcome - Any financial loss resulting from use of our tools - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of AfyaPonea at any time. We will give reasonable notice for significant changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AfyaPonea after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
